My approach

I have eighteen years experience working as an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist.

My job as a therapist is to guide and support you on your journey and to provide a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgemental place where you can express any thoughts, feelings or difficulties that you may be experiencing and begin to come to terms with them.

We will meet weekly in a private and confidential setting and explore any difficulties or stress that you may be having, any dissatisfaction with relationships or a loss of purpose and direction.

I can help you to see things more clearly and can reduce the confusion by facilitating choice or changes in your life. I will encourage you to explore different aspects of your life and the feelings concerning them.

The relationship between you and me is an essential part of the process and, as trust is built up, I will encourage you to look at yourself deeply and help you to find your own truth allowing you to be more comfortable with yourself and others.

Repeating past patterns can often result in negative behaviour traits that will cause you pain. These patterns, that are often unconscious, can manifest in everyday relationships and cause conflict, isolation and separation. These powerful patterns form knots in our psyche. These knots can be unravelled and released through therapy allowing your energy to flow more freely.

I sometimes work with the language of dreams and metaphors to help you gain access with your real self. This scan be a rich and rewarding experience in your journey towards wholeness.

My work with clients is holistic and transpersonal. I work to heal the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I offer a flexible approach to suit you. I work at your pace and I respect, contain and support your process. My aim is to help you live out who you truly are and develop your full potential as a human being.

The range of present problems that I deal with is very diverse.
